You did it – in 10 images!!! It was if I was there with you. What a great series…
I spent 6 amazing months there! I am glad you traveled trough my pictures 🙂
Excellent selection. When I saw the title of your post I was immediately curious about the images you would select. It seemed an impossible task but you succeeded.
Thank you! I have a lot more pictures that I think I will gradually upload. Half of them are about gelatos =)
Ah yes gelatos! I stayed with a lovely elderly Italian couple in Florence and everywhere we went they wanted me to try gelatos. By the end of 3 weeks I was a little bit over gelatos.
Your fabulous shots remind me why I so want to go back to Rome. Still waiting for the coin in the fountain to work its magic!
It will do its magic, stay confident! If you do return, my map may be useful to you 🙂 http://duranvirginia.wordpress.com/2013/04/05/architecture-planning-a-trip-to-rome/

Thanks! It feels kind of nostalgic now but I will be back. Even if it is just for the gelatos 🙂

Excellent frames. Very well expressed in just about 10 images. 🙂
Thanks for your kind words! It’s difficult to express Rome even in pictures. Italy is just…different! Have you been to Rome?

“With my business accomplished, ah, then shall only one temple,
AMOR’s temple alone, take the initiate in.
Rome, thou art a whole world, it is true, and yet without love this
World would not be the world, Rome would cease to be Rome…”
