Virginia Duran Blog- Madrid Architecture Guide 2017
Madrid is the city were I was born and where I lived for a long time.  As a consequence,  I decided to put all the information together as I did with New York and Chicago.  Make sure you check the city from its amazing rooftops. Anything interesting in terms of architecture is here. Along with Salamanca and Ibiza, these are the Spanish cities that I’ve mapped so far. If you find any mistakes, or have any suggestions please let me know. My intention is to keep it useful. Hope you enjoy!

    • I think that by traveling we better understand people and other cultures and this makes us more tolerant. Hope that if you return to Spain, my maps would bring you to the right places 🙂

  2. OMG Virginia!! These maps are so great! You have put together some great info and you also present very clearly… I know Madrid but I can’t wait to go back to check out all these things you’re describing here! Great great job… I think you should start selling those! I’d pay to have them!

      • Nope, it will be my first time! Really looking forward to it, and seeing the places around Madrid and Trujillo where he grew up! I also *must* get to Barcelona to see an Antonio Gaudi masterpiece!

      • Oh! You’re going to have such a great time. You definitely have to go to Barcelona too (that map is in progress ;)).
Gaudi has so many buildings around the city, don’t miss Casa Batllo!
