Marrakech is a chaos, but a beautiful one. Its medina is one of the busiest and most lively places you’ll ever visit. In contrast, if you walk deep enough through the souks, you’ll find calm places where the only sound is water. Don’t miss these stunning pieces of Islamic architecture just because they’re hard to find within the souks. Along with Tunis, these two cities are amongst the most beautiful in Northern Africa. Anything interesting in terms of architecture is here. If you find any mistakes, or have any suggestions please let me know. My intention is to keep it useful. Hope you enjoy!

The contrast is magnificent. If you arrived to the Menara airport- which is quite new- you must have been shocked by the souks and the old mosques, at least I was.
What did you like most of Marrakech?

No, I have never been there. My husband travelled there years ago, before we met. He loved the city! We read your post together…
