Demand for beer bottle design has been increasing over the past decade becoming a unique canvas for designers. Although there are a variety of bottles to choose from, both in size and shape as well as colors, these pieces seemed especially creative to me. I collected 19 amazing beer bottle designs that hopefully will get you inspired.
I know a fancy looking bottle doesn’t mean it tastes good, but don’t these designs make you want to try these beers?

I like the South Lawn Frost bottles. Doesn’t exactly evoke the idea of beer but I appreciate the simplicity of the design and the logo.

I agree with you. It doesn’t really look like beer but the design looks quite classy!

Humanity has always be drawn to pretty things that sparkle or bring colour to our world. Recently I read “The Art of Choosing” – it gave me a whole new perspective on marketing and how I respond to the message that comes from packaging! Loved this post. Thank you.

Ha! I will write that book down to my list. Sounds really intriguing. As an architect “marketing” is something I learnt by doing but would definitely be interesting to read about it. Loved the quote!

I didn’t realise that there were so many different designs for beer which shows how often I look at beer. I really like South Lawn and the beer designs in the first two photos. And, of course, the bottles that look as though they have just come out of the fridge are particularly appealing.

My intention was to focus on the graphic design but yes, I was tempted by the ones that seemed to have just come out of the fridge! I learnt how important are the marketing skills in design 🙂

Great post! But did you know there was a Budweiser Bow Tie Can? A good example of how an iconic logo comes to life with the help of marketing!
