Virginia Duran Blog- Madrid Architecture Guide 2017

Madrid is the city where I was born and where I lived for a long time. Its stunning architecture includes Royal Palaces, contemporary architecture and some very impressive Brutalist buildings. Make sure you check the city from its amazing rooftops too. Along with Salamanca, Barcelona and Ibiza, these are the Spanish cities that I’ve mapped so far. Anything interesting in terms of architecture is here. If you find any mistakes, or have any suggestions please let me know. My intention is to keep it useful. Hope you enjoy!

    • Really? I hope your visit lasts more than 15 days, because there are so many things to do. Are you going to visit any other city in Spain during your trip?

    • I think that by traveling we better understand people and other cultures and this makes us more tolerant. Hope that if you return to Spain, my maps would bring you to the right places 🙂

  2. OMG Virginia!! These maps are so great! You have put together some great info and you also present very clearly… I know Madrid but I can’t wait to go back to check out all these things you’re describing here! Great great job… I think you should start selling those! I’d pay to have them!
